Welcome to DSD Storage.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1.⁠ ⁠General Terms

   •    DSD Storage provides secure, self-service storage and office rental units.
   •    Tenants are responsible for their own move-in and move-out process.
   •    No physical office or on-site staff is available for sales or assistance.
   •    By booking online, you confirm that you understand and agree to operate independently within our facility rules.

2.⁠ ⁠Bookings & Payments

   •    All bookings and payments must be made via our secure online platform.
   •    Payments are processed monthly via automatic debit from your chosen card.
   •    Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
   •    Payment confirms your rental — units are not held without payment.

3.⁠ ⁠Access Policy

   •    Tenants will receive an email with instructions to set up biometric access upon successful registration.
   •    Access is limited to the tenant and one nominated person (if applicable).
   •    The facility operates 24/7 with biometric access and on-site security.
   •    Unauthorized access or tailgating is strictly prohibited.

4.⁠ ⁠Unit Use & Responsibilities

   •    Tenants must bring their own lock and secure their unit after move-in.
   •    No electricity is provided inside units.
   •    No hazardous, illegal, flammable, or perishable goods may be stored.
   •    The facility is to be used for storage or office use only — no residence or operation of high-traffic businesses is allowed.

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Refunds

   •    Cancellations require 14 days’ written notice via email.
   •    No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the month.
   •    Refunds for accidental duplicate payments will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6.⁠ ⁠Termination of Access

   •    Failure to pay on time may result in denied access and eventual termination of rental.
   •    DSD Storage reserves the right to remove contents after 30 days of non-payment, following due notice in accordance with local regulations.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability & Insurance

   •    Tenants are responsible for insuring their stored items.
   •    DSD Storage does not accept liability for theft, fire, water damage, or acts of nature.
   •    The premises are monitored, but tenants use the facility at their own risk.

8.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

   •    Personal information (name, contact, ID, card info) is collected for the purpose of managing your rental.
   •    We do not share your data with any third parties unless required by law.
   •    Payment details are handled by our secure third-party gateway (e.g., Paystack).

9.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms

   •    DSD Storage may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   •    Continued use of the site and services implies agreement to updated terms.
