General Questions
1. How secure is the facility?
We offer 24/7 biometric access, CCTV monitoring, and on-site security personnel.
2. When can I access my unit?
Anytime — our facility offers 24/7 access for registered tenants.
3. Is there staff on site?
Yes. On-site staff and offices are available during business hours, while rentals and reservations are managed online for convenience.
4. How do payments work?
After reserving a unit online, our finance team will issue an invoice. Rentals are billed monthly in advance and paid via EFT, as arranged with our accounts department.
5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my unit?
Yes, simply contact us to discuss availability and we’ll help with the switch.
6. How long is the rental period?
All units are rented on a month-to-month basis — no long-term commitment required.
7. Notice period for cancelling a unit?
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel a unit, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
8. Access to my unit during public holidays?
Yes, our facility is accessible 24/7 year-round, including holidays.
9. Electricity or lighting inside the units?
Storage units do not have lighting or power. Office units may differ based on layout.
10. Trolleys or equipment provided on site?
No, tenants are responsible for their own moving equipment and loading/unloading process.
